Natural Fertilizers — representative imagery

Overview

We supply bulk and bagged soil amendments: mined agricultural gypsum, calcitic and dolomitic lime, formed elemental sulphur, leonardite-derived humic and fulvic products, natural zeolite, sphagnum peat, washed coco peat and composted organic material. Grades are quoted against the parameters that determine agronomic performance — purity, neutralising value, particle size distribution and moisture — rather than against trade names. Where a buyer works to a national fertiliser register or an organic certification scheme, the specification is written to that standard before an offer is issued.

Material is sourced from quarries, mines and processors, and each source is qualified on a full analysis, a particle size curve and a retained sample before first shipment. Third-party inspection and certificate of analysis are arranged at load port on request (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or a buyer-nominated surveyor), with sampling to the method named in the contract. Load-port results are compared against the producer's own laboratory report, and deviations are settled before shipment rather than after arrival.

Shipments move in bulk, in FIBCs or as palletised small bags, in containers or breakbulk according to volume and to the discharge facilities available at destination. Hygroscopic and finely ground products are shipped in lined or laminated bags, and container liners are used for bulk-in-container loadings. Plant health documentation, fumigation and heat treatment for organic substrates are arranged to the requirements of the importing country's plant protection authority.

Agricultural Lime and Dolomite

Ground calcitic limestone and dolomite for pH correction and calcium–magnesium supply. Quoted on carbonate equivalent and fineness, the two parameters that set reaction rate in soil.

Elemental Sulphur — Granular and Bentonite Pastilles

Formed sulphur for sulphur nutrition and for lowering pH on calcareous soils. Bentonite-blended pastilles disperse in soil moisture and oxidise faster than lump sulphur.

Potassium Humate and Leonardite

Leonardite-derived humate in flake, granular and soluble powder form, plus raw leonardite for bulk soil application. Sold on humic acid content by a stated analytical method.

Coco Peat and Sphagnum Peat

Washed and buffered coco peat in compressed blocks, and low-pH sphagnum peat for substrate blending. Electrical conductivity and pH decide whether a batch is usable.

Trade terms

How this division ships, and what travels with the cargo

Packaging & stowage

  • Hygroscopic and finely ground material ships in PP woven bags with a PE liner, or in laminated bags; unlined bags are used only where the product tolerates ambient humidity.
  • FIBCs are specified by safe working load and safety factor (5:1 single-trip, 6:1 multi-trip), with loop configuration and discharge spout stated on the order.
  • Bags are marked with product, grade, net weight, lot number, production date and origin; buyer-specified marking and language are applied on request.
  • Bulk-in-container loadings use a liner with a bulkhead. For dense mineral material the constraint is container payload, not volume.
  • Palletised cargo is stretch-wrapped, and where timber is used it is heat treated and marked to ISPM 15.

Delivery terms

  • FOB — the buyer nominates the vessel or the container booking; we deliver, clear for export and load at the named port.
  • CFR — we arrange ocean freight to the named destination port; risk passes on loading and insurance is for the buyer's account.
  • CIF — as CFR with marine insurance, at the Institute Cargo Clauses (C) minimum that Incoterms 2020 sets for CIF; wider cover on request.
  • FCA — cargo handed over cleared for export at a named inland point or terminal, for buyers running their own freight.
  • DAP — delivered to the buyer's store or site, with import clearance and duties for the buyer's account.
  • EXW — collection at works or warehouse, used mainly for trial quantities and samples.

Documentation

  • Commercial invoice and packing list, with grade, net and gross weight and HS code per line
  • Bill of lading, or charter party bill of lading with the governing charter for breakbulk parcels
  • Certificate of origin, attested or legalised where the destination requires it
  • Certificate of analysis stating the analytical method used for each declared parameter
  • Third-party inspection report covering sampling, quality and weight at load port
  • Phytosanitary certificate in IPPC format for peat, coir and composted organic material
  • Fumigation or heat treatment certificate where the importing country requires one
  • Safety data sheet in GHS format for sulphur and other regulated items
